Nutmeg is composed of borneol, clemicine, myristicim, geraniol, and camphene and di pentene. Nutmeg has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Nutmeg is used as a carminative, stimulant, aromatic, stomachic, induces abortion and narcotic action. Nutmeg encapsule protect it from heat/ temperatures sensitive actives.
