Small surprise spheres which have color changing effects from pink to cream. Lactose (and) Cellulose (and) Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (and) PVA is used. Surprise Spheres (SS) is a color changing bead with an outer layer of pink color and the inner layer of cream color. Beads are used as macroscopic carrier beads for cosmetic care products with a visualization effect.
When rubbed onto skin, hair or on teeth during brushing, they break easily, releasing the active contents. It is biodegradable and nourishes skin & hair. It adds surprise visual effect as it changes color. It can be utilized as delivery system for encapsulation incompatible actives into same formulation.
It is suitable for incorporation of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic cosmetic actives. It disappears on gentle rubbing without leaving any residue on skin & hair upon application. As Color changing Bead has good stability, the inner color does not leak while in the formulation. Colour beads are specially engineered beads which release colors at different time intervals.
These are made by specially designed Encapsulating Layering Technology. The time interval of release of colors is tailor made and can be changed as per customer requirements from 1 second to 15 seconds. These beads have excellent water solubility.
